Any cancellation of a conference registration must be received via e-mail to englishref@narva.ut.ee. No refunds will be granted after September 30, 2012. Refund will not be issued to no-show registrants. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute participant is welcome at no extra charge, but you need to notify the conference administrators in advance.
