The aims of this product are: to conceive a set of guidelines of the ROI methodology for the e-learning environments. As already mention, the ROI methodology help employers, employees and training providers to perceive the training outcomes and results in terms of SME´s impact; it can also be used as a reference framework to the conception, development and implementation of e-learning courses to SMEs according to final users quality criteria.

The e-learning suppliers expected also from this product a tool which show strong evidences of the adoption of the offer and the demand, what works in relation to the content, collaboration and impact and sustainability for SMEs and how to reach them.
